1st Call Claims - What are our fees?

We charge a one off up front fee ranging from £89.99 to £125.00 for a complete guides on how to claim back what may rightfully be yours. The relevant booklet to your claim will include

  • 1 step by step guide to reclaiming your charges
  • The relevant letters required to make your claim
  • 1 financial statement
  • 1 financial ombudsman complaint form

Once your card has been debited, you will receive your pack within 7 to 10 working days. Included within your pack are all the forms you will need to reclaim your unfair charges.

We charge only one fee ranging from £89.99 to £125.00

Whilst we cannot guarantee 100% that you will be successful with your claim, the vast majority of our customers are successful by following our step-by-step guides. If you are unsure at any step of the way, ring our customer services team on 0844 5676305 and we will be happy to help you through the process. Payment must be made in full before we can send out a pack.

What We Do and Your Rights

1st Call Claims is a part of 1st Call Financial Services Ltd what we provide for you is a Self Help Step by Step Guide to Reclaiming Charges from Financial Institutions.

The pack is charged at a fee agreed over the telephone.

The Pack we provide will cover the following areas PPI Reclaims, Credit Card Charges Reclaims. The booklet also provides a process for Bank Reclaims if you wish to proceed with the bank charges reclaims process we do not actively market this option. Though the Banks are still dealing with Bank charges complaints since the Supreme Court Decision it has become a grey area as to what the consumers rights are.

1st Call Claims does not provide you with any advice in relation to the ongoing claim and is a provider of a Self Help Pack for the agreed Fee.

1st Call Claims does run a helpline which is in the relevant booklets should you need to ask any questions relating to the Pack Provided.

Under the Ministry of Justice Directives you have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of the letter provided with these terms and conditions. Within this 14 day period we would advise you check all documents to make sure that you do have a relevant claim for Charges or Payment Protection Insurance as once outside the 14 day period there will be no refund.

Your account will be debited as agreed with the debit or credit card after the funds have been held on a pre authorized basis. Our Fees range from £89.99-£125.00 dependant on the pack provided.

Your Self Help Pack will be sent within 14 days from the date of the letter enclosed with these terms and conditions once this pack has been received you will then have 7 working days in which to cancel. Once this time has elapsed, you will be past the cancellation period and no refund will be made (as advised within the terms and conditions received with your pack).


FRAUD ALERT: MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFERS TO INDIA


1st Call Claims is aware of scams which have conned a number of consumers into sending money overseas via a money transfer at their Post Office or Western Union.

This is a warning of such a scam which involves consumers being telephoned by people who claim they are from the Ministry of Justice or the Office of Fair Trading or from 1st Call Claims themselves.

The consumer is typically told that there is a sum of money ready to be paid to them following a successful claim, but that they must first pay a fee. The fee must be sent overseas via a money transfer at their nearest Post Office or western Union Office. A similar scam is being carried out in the name of an authorized claims management businesses.

    1st Call Claims or The Ministry of Justice and the Office of Fair Trading would never ask consumers to make a payment to them overseas by money transfer.

    1st Call Claims or The Claims Management Regulator is not aware of any authorized claims management business that takes fees by requesting money transfers to go overseas.


We take our payment (a one off fee by Switch, Credit or Debit Card), over the phone. This fee is the only payment you will make for the service. If you are asked to make additional payments by Moneygram or Western Union to India DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY
